The High Capacity Envelope Feed
System is one of many features that support
the FlowMaster's consistent run operation.
This machine has the ability to run
consistently with minimal interruptions. Our
high capacity envelope feed system can be
loaded with 3,000 envelopes at a time.
Allowing virtually any operator, regardless of
experience or previous training, more than
ample time to resupply the envelope feeder
without stopping the machine.
SPEED VS. RESULTS
The FlowMaster has been
engineered and designed to provide greater
longevity to nonconsumable parts decreasing
machine maintenance and down time. The design
features of the FlowMaster also reduces the
need to keep and maintain an expensive
inventory of spare parts. The FlowMaster is
designed to lessen run spoilage by allowing
paper to flow smoothly into the envelope, as
opposed to forcing the paper to change
directions before reaching the envelope. The
average training time required to operate the
machine proficiently, has been reduced to a
minimum due to the technology and design of
the FlowMaster. The FlowMaster is capable of
consistently running at speeds up to 12,000
cycles per hour. This high efficiency will add
up to reduced labor hours and running time to
complete a job, resulting in cost savings to
you.
SYSTEM PROGRAMMABLE PARAMETERS
The key to efficiency is not
just speed, but "throughput". The FlowMaster
includes individual feeder back-up, electronic
timing, batch counting, collation divert and
an intuitive operator interface. Job
statistics are tracked throughout the run
providing a detailed job production report.
Each feeder has a set-up menu allowing the
operator to concentrate on individual feeder
set-up without cycling the rest of the
machine.
CONTINUOUS PAPER FLOW
FlowMaster inserting is as easy
as it looks! By utilizing the unique design
developed for the FlowMaster, the continuous
motion of the inserts provides a smooth flow
through the machine and into the envelope. No
jerky stop and start motion every cycle. The
collation stays evenly jogged against the
collator pins all the way through the machine.
INTEGRATED FEEDERS
This is the only inserting
system available with integrated friction
feeders utilizing Dynamic Rotation Technology.
This proven feeding method allows each insert
to be stacked as high as 20" for less operator
intervention. Each feeder can be operated
independently from the rest of the feeders for
simple and efficient set-ups. Z-folds, open
ended, high gloss, curled, and odd shaped
inserts can be fed from any of the feeders in
collated order. Misfeed, out of paper, double
feed and jam detection are all standard
features.
