Roll-Box Feed Solution
A smart
solution for shops that enjoy the
increased productivity of running roll
feed, but that still must run box
jobs. This application allows you to
change from roll to box in minutes
without moving a piece of equipment!
Quick changeover from box to rolls
and back.
Requires no movement of machines.
Increases production up to 40%.
Reduced printer downtime.
Splices packs of paper while a roll
job is running.
Prepares roll jobs while pack jobs
are running.
Utilizes the ESP400's ultrasonic
tension-free loop control system.
Small Footprint.
Sold as a system or as an upgrade*
to existing ESP machines.
How It Works
The
ESP800 Solution incorporates an
ESP400 Roll Unwind Processor and
an ESP460 Box Feeder/Splicer along
with a unique turn-bar assembly.
The turn-bar assembly sends the
paper from the Box Feeder/Splicer
into a tension-free loop drive on
the ESP400 Unwind. This
tension-free loop drive then feeds
paper into the printer, just as it
does when used as a Roll Unwind
Processor.
ESP
"H" Pattern Duplex Printing Solution
ESP810 "H1" Solution
(Patented)
The
patented ESP810 places the two
printers with the operator panels
facing each other. This solution
keeps the operator's work area
between two printers. The output
from each printer is at opposite
ends when running in simplex
mode. Then in duplex mode, the
input and output are on the same
end of the system.
ESP820 "H2" Solution
The
ESP820 configuration allows the
printers to be placed so that the
workflow moves in one direction.
The pre-processing equipment for
each printer is on one end while
the post-processing equipment is
on the opposite end.
